$250 damage/security deposit required, payable at the time of reservation.  Refund of deposit is available after walk-through inspection by management on the day of departure.  Bring all your well behaved pets. For all rentals less than one week long there is a one time cleaning fee of $50 added to the price of rental. For rentals of one week or longer this fee is waved.
